What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

  • Bring a point of view to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions and tradeoffs related to product growth, with a particular emphasis on defining specific industry use cases and helping foster a developer ecosystem.
  • Define prioritization, strategy, roadmap and success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives to achieve product and engagement growth and life-cycle management for a portfolio of hardware and software technologies.
  • Lead growth initiatives through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the customers point of view internally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of innovative devices and experiences
  • Lead the definition and development of the business strategy across the organization that is grounded in the consumer journey framework, user insights and market dynamics
  • Partner with the marketing team on development of marketing programs and strategies that tap into consumer insights
  • Design tests, measure impact and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams (Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Growth, Social)
  • Partner with our Sales team on category analysis, presentation materials and in-store/online creative assets for in-market products
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need to be Successful
  • 8+ years experience with inbound or outbound product marketing for consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products
  • Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Production, Brand, Sales and PR
  • Product Marketing experience in consumer hardware, software products and electronics
  • Product Marketing experience in B2B environments, marketing communications, and/or product management
  • Domain knowledge in AR, AI/ML smart home, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms
  • Experience with both early-stage products and established products
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field MBA degree
The hourly range for this role is $60-75/hr. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee\xe2\x80\x99s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
