POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Marketing (CEM) Intern will support the BlackBerry AtHoc Global Marketing Organization and larger market with demand and lead gen marketing campaigns that will grow business revenue. In this fast-paced and exciting role, the marketing intern will be a key contributor to marketing the company\xe2\x80\x99s robust suite of mobile security solutions. Field Marketing intern will help support the growing number of supported business segments with the planning, execution and critical follow-up with sales and sales leadership. Intern will also manage key lead tracking reports to ensure maximum ROI on all field events/programs while managing marketing campaigns from creation to analysis on the back end. Intern will support the added Partner marketing responsibility.

Length of Term: 4 Months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help plan, manage and coordinate regional and national business continuity and emergency management industry events, including sponsorships, content, venue selection and onsite oversight.
Manage key lead tracking reports to ensure maximum ROI on all field events/programs while managing marketing campaigns from creation to analysis on the back end.
Administer the uploading of marketing leads in salesforce.com and ensure proper sales follow-up.
Support marketing managers with carrier and channel partner programs with new programs, events and general marketing.
Maintain marketing promotional items, including shipping and tracking for key events.
Work with marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot monitor campaign performance
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally in a professional setting
Translate ideas and convey information with teammates and other colleagues
Ability to build and maintain relationships with marketing and sales to facilitate collaboration to work towards a common goal
Ability to multi-task by organizing your time to produce results
Self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative with an open approach to gaining new knowledge of an industry and professional experience
Experience with basic productivity enterprise software (MS Office) and an innate ability to work with and learn other software platforms as they relate to the business
Enrollment in a Marketing Bachelors or Degree program preferred
Working knowledge of marketing functions, including field marketing, product marketing social media, PR, content and digital
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Marketing or Sales experience an asset
Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot or other marketing platforms
