We're a Winnipeg-based startup that builds modern, digital-first raffle and fundraising solutions for nonprofits, schools, and community groups across Canada. We've helped raise millions through our innovative platform - and now we're ready to level up.

of our platform launching, an exciting product gaining traction and more growth on the horizon, we're looking for a

Product Manager

to help shape what's next.

What You'll Do

You'll be the glue between our vision, our users and our tech. As our

Product Manager

, you'll work closely with leadership, developers, a third-party vendor and yes - real-world changemakers - to deliver smart, scalable and human-friendly products.

Here's a taste of what you'll own:

Help Lead the migration from our legacy platform to our next-gen product (Version 2) Collaborate with our trusted third-party development vendor to ensure seamless execution Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories Prioritize features, enhancements and bug fixes based on user value and business impact Communicate like a pro - with developers, leadership, partners and (sometimes) even our end users Help iterate and improve our product as we expand into larger institutions and new industries Be a champion of testing, feedback loops and MVP thinking

What You Bring

We're less focused on degrees and certifications (but yes you need them) and more interested in what drives you. If you're curious, collaborative and get a thrill from building things that matter - you'll thrive here.

You might be a great fit if you have:

4+ years of experience in product management (or similar roles like product owner, etc.) Experience working with developers or third-party vendors on technical implementations Strong communication skills - both written and verbal A knack for simplifying complexity into actionable steps Comfort with startup pace (sometimes fast, sometimes messy, always growing) Bonus: experience in fundraising, SaaS, gaming, subscription models or working with nonprofits
