In this role, you'll turn customer needs and market insights into tangible product improvements that delight users. Your technical depth will allow you to speak the same language as our engineers, while your strategic mindset ensures we're building the right things for the right reasons.

Responsibilities

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, GTM, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, market-ready solutions. Apply strong technical expertise to guide architectural discussions and understand engineering constraints and opportunities. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and feedback loops to inform product roadmap and priorities. Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and resources to empower internal teams, especially Customer Success. Manage cross-functional alignment to ensure trade-offs are made with a holistic view of technical feasibility, business priorities, and user impact. Define and maintain KPIs to drive user engagement and satisfaction

Who You Are

3+ years as product manager at a B2B SaaS company Computer science degree or equivalent You thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution. You are customer-obsessed, data-informed, and comfortable making informed trade-offs across the entire solution space. You write and speak with clarity, distilling complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences. You used AI tools and workflows to accelerate product research, design validation, and operational efficiency.
