Liaises with relevant parties, including development, QA, documentation, product support, etc., to facilitate the release process. Resolves customer critical issues as needed.We collaborate: Serve as a user-representative who can convey functional requirements to technical audiences and drives the product development life cycle. Point of contact for internal teams such as consultants, production support, training, documentation and sales. Provide field teams with demos or presentations to prospective customers. Teamwork is the key to success.We execute: Plan releases and set roadmaps. Design features and define functional requirements, then track and report progress against goals. Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of the product using Agile.About YouYou enjoy the challenges of taking ambiguous problems and understanding how to approach working with a team of people to craft and deliver innovative solutions. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
