Product Manager - Vaccines
Job Purpose:
This is a great opportunity to join the Vaccines Business Unit and being a key contributor in helping protect Canadian patients. The incumbent will lead commercial activities and tactics in the private market. This individual will report to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in leading the cross-functional team to success. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate strong team, communication, contribution & collaboration capabilities
Support strategic & operational plan development and execution with key internal brand cross-functional stakeholders
Display an innovative and agile approach to strategic operational implementation against brand key performance indicators
Lead operationalization of commercial projects/programs in collaboration with Marketing team & internal cross-functional and external partners (sales, agency partners, GSK marketing, operations and PAAB)
Lead the development and delivery of omnichannel promotional tactics and tools
Work closely with training partners and sales team to ensure alignment on brand positioning, plan of action, business strategy, customer segmentation and messaging to achieve brand objectives
Measure and track performance of key tactics and rapidly evolve content, channels, and promotional mix to drive performance and optimize strategic and operational plans
Lead teams to develop solutions to meet brand strategic objectives based on HCP insight and data
Provide ongoing analysis and identification of market dynamics that have potential to impact business and contribute to opportunity or mitigation planning and implementation
Manage A&P budget to ensure annual brand spends are tracked and on target
Collaborate internally across brands and BU to share best practices to optimize brand and organizational success
Develop effective working relationship with Global counterparts to ensure local alignment to Global strategies and plans, share best practices and continuously seek to learn and improve local business plans.
Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of GSK code/values
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in science, Health Sciences or Business
3-5 years of commercial experience.
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business.
The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change.
Thinks ahead to be ready for change, re-plans quickly, deals with high levels of ambiguity.

Experience of working within a complex, matrixed environment.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance training.
Experience working with third party vendors and agreements.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at our office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
Experience in vaccines

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Ce poste VOUS donnera l'occasion de diriger des activites importantes, ce qui fera progresser VOTRE carriere. Le role comprend les responsabilites suivantes :
Demontrer de solides aptitudes pour le travail d'equipe, la communication, la contribution et la collaboration.
Soutenir l'elaboration et l'execution du plan strategique et operationnel avec les principaux intervenants interfonctionnels de la marque a l'interne.
Adopter une approche innovante et agile de la mise en oeuvre operationnelle strategique par rapport aux indicateurs de rendement cles de la marque.
Diriger la concretisation de projets/programmes commerciaux en collaboration avec l'equipe Marketing, les partenaires interfonctionnels internes et les ressources externes (ventes, partenaires d'agence, marketing de GSK, exploitation et CCPP).
Diriger l'elaboration et la mise en oeuvre de tactiques et d'outils promotionnels omnicanal.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les partenaires en formation et l'equipe des ventes pour assurer l'harmonisation du positionnement de la marque, du plan d'action, de la strategie commerciale, de la segmentation de la clientele et des messages pour atteindre les objectifs de la marque.
Mesurer et suivre le rendement des principales tactiques et faire evoluer rapidement le contenu, les canaux et la gamme de produits promotionnels pour ameliorer le rendement et optimiser les plans strategiques et operationnels.
Diriger les equipes pour elaborer des solutions qui permettront d'atteindre les objectifs de la strategie de la marque en fonction des renseignements et des donnees sur les professionnels de la sante.
Fournir une analyse et une connaissance des dynamiques du marche qui peuvent avoir des repercussions sur l'entreprise, et contribuer a la planification et a la mise en oeuvre des occasions ou des mesures d'attenuation des risques.
Gerer le budget de publicite et de promotion pour s'assurer que les depenses annuelles de la marque sont suivies et conformes aux objectifs.
Collaborer a l'interne avec les intervenants de l'ensemble des marques et des unites commerciales pour communiquer les meilleures pratiques afin d'optimiser le succes de la marque et de l'organisation.
Etablir des relations de travail efficaces avec les homologues mondiaux pour assurer l'harmonisation locale avec les strategies et les plans mondiaux, echanger des meilleures pratiques et chercher continuellement a apprendre et a ameliorer les plans d'affaires locaux.
Demontrer une solide comprehension et un respect du code de conduite et des valeurs de GSK.
COMPETENCES REQUISES

Baccalaureat en sciences, en sciences de la sante ou en commerce.
De 3 a 5 ans d'experience commerciale.
Excellentes aptitudes en matiere de strategie, d'analyse et de pensee critique.

COMPETENCES PRIVILEGIEES
Au moins 2 ans d'experience en marketing pharmaceutique.
