Description
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: o Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements o Defining the product vision o Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals o Gain a deep understanding of customer experience: o Identify and fill product gaps Page 46 of 88 o Generate new ideas that grow market share o Improve customer experience o Drive growth o Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners o Develop product pricing and positioning strategies o Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes o Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact o Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources o Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members o Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed o Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding o Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
