Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Product Manager to lead the evolution of the Stem Health Platform - the digital foundation that connects our clients, clinicians, and partners. This includes member onboarding, virtual visits, EMR integration, diagnostics data, and the development of new health products and services rooted in proactive care.You will operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and experience design - translating the needs of patients, clinicians, and business partners into simple, elegant, and compliant product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the product roadmap across the member portal, clinician tools, care delivery systems, and our portfolio of health products and services.
Translate strategic goals into measurable milestones and product outcomes.
Partner with leadership to refine the preventive care and diagnostics journey, ensuring alignment with Stem Health's holistic care philosophy.
Manage feature development across: Member portal and mobile app (appointments, telemedicine, records, payments); Clinician dashboard (scheduling, EHR integration, communication tools); Partner integrations (Function Health, Next Health, Invitae, Dynacare, pharmacies).
Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop safe, compliant, and evidence-based health products and services.
Champion accessibility, privacy, and inclusivity in compliance with PIPEDA and HIPAA.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure a consistent end-to-end member experience.
Bridge communication between technology teams, operations, medical leadership, and external partners.
Define and track KPIs related to engagement, retention, and conversion, using insights to inform continuous improvement and better health outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
3 - 7 years of product management experience, ideally in healthtech, wellness, or membership-based services.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams through product design, development, and launch cycles.
Understanding of healthcare systems and integrations, including EHR, telehealth, payments, and wearables.
Deep appreciation for data security, privacy compliance (HIPAA, PIPEDA), and user trust.
Demonstrated ability to balance business goals, client experience, and technical feasibility.
Skilled communicator with a bias toward design thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and clarity in complex environments.
