About the team:

The Stocks team is responsible for improving our core stock and ETF trading business, with the goal of growing it 5x over the next 3 years. This includes everything from opening an account to discovering a stock, purchasing, and monitoring that investment both in mobile apps and on the web.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the design and engineering leaders to set the plan for improving stocks trading experience at Wealthsimple
• Work on high business impact projects end-to-end
• Guide and support a team of engineers to ensure a stable and smooth experience for our clients
• Work closely with the leadership team including CPO, Head of Product, Head of Design, and VP of Engineering
• Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Skills we are looking for:

• A multi-year track record of building and shipping products that customers love
• A shipping mentality. We don\'t believe in spending forever analyzing and debating. The best way to validate something is to ship it - so let\'s ship it, and improve it.
• Ability to stay close with clients to collect feedback and data which can help with product improvements.
