Job Overview


We are launching an exciting new chapter at Vera Plastics, a division of RONCO, and are seeking a dynamic

Product & Sales Manager

to lead this initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven sales experience, and a passion for product innovation. You will be responsible for both developing and launching new plastic, paper, and aluminum products and driving their market success through direct customer engagement and sales leadership.

This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a new business segment from the ground up.

Duties



Product Development & Strategy

Lead the end-to-end development of new aluminum, paper and plastic, products tailored to market needs.

Sales & Business Development



Act as the primary sales lead for the Vera Aluminum, Paper, Plastics division, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term client relationships.

Entrepreneurial Leadership



Take ownership of the Vera business unit as if it were your own startup. Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the division. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure profitability and market relevance. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance to align goals and resources. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities. Collaborate with suppliers to define product specifications, packaging, and regulatory compliance. Ensure timely execution of product development projects, from concept to launch. Work with marketing to develop product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies.

Experience



Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and/or sales, preferably in consumer goods or packaging. Experience launching new products or business units is a strong asset.

Skills



Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-starter attitude. High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
