We are seeking a bilingual Product Manager who can effectively perform both Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring front-to-back asset and investment management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver impactful products.

What You'll Do

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and specifications Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for investment management products, from initial concept and requirements through design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across business and technology Facilitate meetings and discussions in both Mandarin and English, providing clear written documentation Assist in QA/testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to deliver product enhancements and solutions in line with business priorities Support and guide offshore and managed service teams where applicable, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication across time zones Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue escalation as needed

What You Bring

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent reading and writing skills in both languages 4+ years of experience supporting asset/investment management, Finance & HR products technology teams and platforms Strong project management and business analysis skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time Hands-on experience coordinating QA/testing activities, including test planning, defect tracking, and UAT Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a Managed Service/Offshore delivery model is considered an asset
