Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital experience in the post-booking and travel phases of the customer journey across both web and app platforms. This will include responsibility for Manage My Booking, Online Check-in, and all digital touchpoints and upsell post-booking, in-journey, and post-journey. Key deliverables will include working with the ancillary revenue team to optimize revenue-generation as well as developing a seamless, deeply digital customer experience that extends from Manage My Booking through to in-destination content.
The Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel can be based either out of Edmonton, AB (YEG) or Vancouver, BC (YVR) with the option to work in a hybrid environment.
