Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital experience in the post-booking and travel phases of the customer journey across both web and app platforms. This will include responsibility for Manage My Booking, Online Check-in, and all digital touchpoints and upsell post-booking, in-journey, and post-journey. Key deliverables will include working with the ancillary revenue team to optimize revenue-generation as well as developing a seamless, deeply digital customer experience that extends from Manage My Booking through to in-destination content.
The Product Manager, Post-Booking and Travel can be based either out of Edmonton, AB (YEG) or Vancouver, BC (YVR) with the option to work in a hybrid environment.
Primary Job Functions:
The primary responsibility will be ownership of product design and product management with respect to all post-booking touchpoints, particularly with a view to meeting flair\xe2\x80\x99s revenue targets and delivering best-in-class digital experiences across both web and app platforms. This will include:

  • Design a beautiful, compelling and easy-to-use user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Develop a seamless, easy-to-use digital experience that minimizes friction within Manage My Booking and Online Check-in and enhances the customer\xe2\x80\x99s travel journey.
  • Close collaboration with the ancillary revenue team to ensure the best positioning of each ancillary product post-booking and throughout the customer journey to maximize upsell. Multi-variate testing will form a key part of this optimization.
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure flair\xe2\x80\x99s web and app deliver the right messaging and a brand-enhancing experience.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to manage the development pipeline to ensure prioritization of the highest-value projects.

  • Online check-in rate

Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety and actively participate in the company\xe2\x80\x99s Safety Management System (SMS) program;
  • Conduct assigned tasks and corrective actions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience of delivering best-in-class digital experiences
  • Commercially-driven and able to transform data and ideas into concrete digital product actions
  • Strong sense of product and design
  • Able to see opportunities and challenge the status quo
  • Proactive with a high sense of ownership
  • Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver results
  • Able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines in an environment with a high volume of activity

Qualification & Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in product roles. Experience in product management roles in the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
