Position Overview:






We are seeking an experienced and technically astute Product Manager, Informatics and Platform, to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the foundational technical platform, advanced clinical interpretation reporting capabilities, and critical third-party system integrations of our commercial software portfolio. This pivotal role will ensure our products are scalable, interoperable, and deliver the necessary clinical insights to meet the evolving needs of cardiologists, radiologists, and healthcare providers worldwide.




General Responsibilities:




Define requirements and lead the development of advanced clinical interpretation and reporting capabilities within Circle products, translating complex cardiovascular imaging data into clear, actionable insights for clinicians. Define requirements and lead the development of integration between Circle products and other information systems that are part of end user workflows. Work closely with clinical subject matter experts to understand clinical reporting needs, workflow challenges, and desired visualization and analytical features. Define requirements and lead development for integrating Circle software with critical third-party healthcare systems, including PACS, EMR/EHR, reporting, and imaging modalities. Define and champion the product vision and strategic roadmap for the core technical platform, ensuring it supports current product needs, a variety of deployment methodologies including enterprise-wide deployments, and enables future innovation (e.g. AI/ML advancements, new modalities, and new workflows). Identify and prioritize platform enhancements, architectural improvements, and underlying technologies that optimize performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Define requirements and lead the development of data persistence and data analytics functionality for Circle products. Collaborate with engineering to define technical debt reduction strategies and ensure long-term platform health while participating in software development project activities which involve providing guidance and clarity to development and quality assurance teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, quality and regulatory, clinical applications, customer support, sales, and marketing. Manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization that balances customer, market, and business demands. Define business cases that analyze and recommend product investments.


Required Skills/Experience:





5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on clinical workflows, technical platforms, and enterprise-level integrations within the healthcare or medical device industry. Demonstrated experience defining and launching software products that involve complex technical architectures and data flows. Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR) as well as experience with enterprise software applications used in healthcare and medical imaging (PACS, EHR, imaging modality) Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs and communicating effectively on architecture and implementation details. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders. Experience with Agile development methodologies and PHI regulations. Experience with cloud-based deployments and public cloud services. Experience with SaaS business models and operations.



Educational Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical field.
