About Us:

Sunia Technology Inc. is a leading AI technology company specializing in Intelligent document processing, including handwritten text, drawings, image, and video processing, etc. We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our Enterprise Platform.

What You'll Do:

Own the product roadmap for the Enterprise Platform, aligning with company goals and operational efficiency. Translate complex business processes and system requirements into clear product features, workflows, and APIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate ERP, workflow, and cloud storage systems into a seamless platform. Monitor platform usage and performance, iterating to improve efficiency, usability, and business impact. Contribute to strategic planning for platform evolution, including metrics, KPIs, and adoption strategies. Produce product documentation, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development and rollout.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms, ERP integration, or SaaS products. Strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, workflow management, and cloud storage solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Axure). Comfort with data analysis using SQL, Excel, or visualization tools is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems across finance, operations, or IT. Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and system integration best practices. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across diverse teams. Ability to speak Mandarin is considered an asset.
