Role Overview:
The Product Manager plays a key role in driving category growth and performance by defining, planning, and executing short-term (0-6 month) Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, and GTM Operations. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role manages the 4 P's--product, price, place, and promotion--while monitoring category performance, analyzing sales and market data, and recommending pricing strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who excels at building partnerships across teams, interpreting market trends, and continuously learning to optimize GTM execution and deliver measurable results.
