About Shoppers Drug Mart & PC Health

Shoppers Drug Mart is Canada's leading pharmacy and health services retailer. Our Digital Health team is building

PC Health

, a health utility that helps Canadians manage chronic conditions like

diabetes and obesity

, tying together in-pharmacy care with digital tools. We believe the future of health is omnichannel: when a patient receives care in our pharmacies, their experience continues seamlessly at home through our apps, connected devices, and personalized health insights.

We are looking for a

Product Manager

to own

connected devices

across our digital health products in support of our Health Tracking portfolio. This includes wearables, in-pharmacy devices, and integrations that power real-time insights and next-best-actions for patients managing

diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions

.

This is not an easy environment. We operate like a startup inside a massive organization. That means there's complexity, stakeholders, and inertia -- but your job is to cut through it with urgency, progress, and clarity.

What You'll Do

Drive Health Tracking:

Lead product development for connected devices (wearables, pharmacy devices, self-reported tracking), delivering features that keep patients engaged and accountable in managing chronic disease.

Ship with Urgency:

Break down complex initiatives into smaller, testable releases. Bias to action, ship quickly, and learn fast.

Communicate Relentlessly:

Proactively share updates, wins, and next steps with stakeholders. Over-communicate progress and risks so the team can stay aligned.

Own Outcomes:

Define and deliver against key KPIs like engagement, 90-day retention, and chronic user adoption of tracking features.

Work Cross-Functionally:

Partner with engineering, design, pharmacy operations, and external vendors to ship integrated, high-quality health tracking experiences.

Champion Users:

Understand chronic patient and pharmacist needs, and ensure health tracking delivers meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly value.

What We're Looking For

~5 years experience in product management, ideally in

healthcare, digital health, or connected devices

. Proven ability to

ship products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

. Strong

agile craft

: breaking down large problems, iterating fast, and learning from the market. Clear, proactive communicator who shares progress, risks, and wins without being asked. A bias for

autonomy and agency

: you take initiative, move forward, and escalate only when necessary. Experience with

wearables, connected devices, or health data integrations

is a strong asset. Analytical mindset -- comfortable defining success metrics, using data (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), and tying features back to user and business outcomes.

Why Join Us

Impact at Scale:

Shape how millions of Canadians manage their health daily, especially those living with diabetes and obesity.

Startup Energy, Big Company Backing:

Move fast and build meaningful products within the largest healthcare network in Canada.

Mission-Driven Work:

Improve health outcomes for chronic patients while making pharmacists' jobs easier.

Hands-on Scope:

You'll ship, learn, and iterate quickly on real problems that matter to patients and providers.
