Product Manager, Client Segment Growth

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategies that drive lead generation, management, and conversion across key client segments.



You will lead the development and execution of end-to-end journeys that optimize the sales funnel - from lead capture to prioritization and actioning--ensuring alignment with our broader client growth strategy.

How you will create impact:




Lead Product Strategy & Execution

: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for lead management journeys, ensuring alignment with client segment growth objectives.

Sales Funnel Optimization

: Design and implement frameworks for lead capture, qualification, and actioning across digital and frontline channels.

Cross-Functional Leadership

: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Technology, and Operations to deliver seamless, data-driven lead management experiences.

Journey Mapping & Design

: Develop and refine customer journeys, wireframes, and user flows that support lead nurturing and conversion.

Data-Driven Decision Making

: Partner with analytics teams to prioritize leads, measure performance, and continuously improve conversion rates.

Technology Enablement

: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of sales enablement tools and platforms that support lead actioning and tracking.

Voice of the Client

: Leverage client insights, usability testing, and market research to inform product decisions and improve client experience.

Business Case Development

: Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for lead management initiatives.

To join our team:




A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or client growth roles, ideally within financial services or a related industry. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives focused on lead generation, sales enablement, or client acquisition. Strong understanding of customer journey design, digital channels, and CRM/lead management platforms. Experience with data analytics, performance measurement, and reporting to drive product decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
