About the job
This position is needed to At Twilio, we're reshaping the way people experience online commerce. Our platform empowers users with seamless purchase journeys, personalized recommendations, and intuitive interfaces, and we're just getting started. We're looking for a Commerce Product Manager with a strong UX focus to join our fast-growing team and help us take digital commerce experiences to the next level.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for end-to-end commerce experiences with a strong emphasis on UX and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, researchers, and marketing teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
  • Translate customer insights, behavior data, and industry trends into actionable product features.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs (conversion, retention, NPS, etc.).
  • Drive A/B testing, user testing, and continuous optimization of user journeys (e.g., discovery, cart, checkout).
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Partner with analytics teams to track performance and measure the impact of UX enhancements.

*Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in e-commerce, retail tech, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience designing or optimizing commerce experiences (e.g., product discovery, checkout flows, payment UX).
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and a passion for solving customer pain points.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with data, experimentation, and using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to advocate for users while aligning with business needs.
Bonus: Experience with tools like Figma, GA4, Mixpanel, Optimizely, or similar..
Location
This role will be Remote based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA.
Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in British Columbia. :CAD 157,000.00 - CAD 196,200.00
