Product Manager - Automatic Labeling Systems - Toronto

A 140 year old High Tech company has a position open for a Project Manager to assist Sales Representatives in the sale of Supply Chain Technology and Systems.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position is to grow our Automatic Labeling Systems business Create a definitive business plan Provide Sales Support, Product development and market research Project management including estimating, project specifications and supplier management Support Service Technicians and customers Customer interaction including assessment needs, demonstrations, and recommendations Provide Salespeople with site visits, quoting, and consultation Implementation of Label applicator systems including specifications, tolerances, configurations, installations, or outsourcing Primary Product lines include Automatic Label applicators with supporting product lines such as Barcode Printers & Scanners, Vision Systems, Fixed Mount Scanners, RFID systems, conveyors and custom engineering
Requirements

University Degree or College Diploma in related fields Three years of experience in Automatic Labeling Systems Excellent technical and mechanical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and other design packages A high degree of professionalism with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent trouble shooting skills to define and resolve customer needs Excellent organizational skills with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in multitasking Reliable vehicle along with a clean driving abstract
Assets

Experience with PLC's is a plus Experience with related technologies, suppliers, or customers Experience with Automation products and Industry Experience with automated labelling systems Experience with CAD software Certifications in related fields
Product training will be available.
