We're looking for a

Product Manager

who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by shaping early-stage ideas into validated product opportunities. In this role, you'll lead customer discovery, experimentation, and the delivery of initial solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore new product directions, validate hypotheses, and build momentum behind promising concepts.


You'll also play a key role in evolving our product management practices--owning and refining specific processes to ensure they scale effectively as our organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Discovery & Validation

+ Lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet customer needs and opportunities for differentiation
+ Rapidly test, learn, and iterate on product hypotheses

Early-Stage Product Development

+ Define MVP scope, success metrics, and learning goals
+ Partner with design and engineering to deliver pilots and prototypes

Strategic Framing

+ Translate insights into compelling product narratives and business cases
+ Align early-stage initiatives with broader product strategy and portfolio goals

Internal Evangelism

+ Build excitement and alignment around new ideas across teams
+ Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams
+ Ensure early-stage initiatives are well-integrated into the broader roadmap

Process Development & Ownership

+ Help define and improve product management practices, tools, and workflows
+ Take ownership of specific process areas (e.g., discovery frameworks, investment proposal templates, or portfolio governance inputs)



Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in early-stage product development, innovation, or incubation roles Strong customer empathy and discovery skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity Excellent storytelling and stakeholder engagement abilities Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and lean product methods

Bonus

: Experience with AI, platform products, or technical domains
