Product Launch Management Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead new product development from concept approval through commercialization and support the life cycle of existing products. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Formulations, Quality, and Regulatory.



Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid



In this role, you will:



Manage timelines and oversee the entire product development process from concept approval to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Formulations, Label Development, Quality, and Regulatory. Create and maintain project initiation and completion procedures, and facilitate product review and development meetings. Utilize market trends and competitive insights to identify gaps in the product assortment and support life cycle management. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet department KPIs.

You have:



A Bachelor's degree in science with a focus on project management and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple timelines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as Asana. Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proven leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
