Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for an automotive enthusiast to assist our Toyota Division. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Product Education. The selected candidate will provide the strongest possible basis for vehicle sales and customer satisfaction by educating Toyota Dealership Product Advisors in relation to Toyota and competitive products.

What You'll be Doing:

Oversee the "Know Your Toyota" weekly video release in our TU Newsletter


+ Plan out weekly product knowledge and competitor videos
+ Work directly with the agency producing these videos
+ You would be required to write script materials for each video
Maintains monthly Sales Pro Quiz for Toyota and Lexus for points on President's Program Maintains 2 Yearly Quiz for points on President's Program Act as subject matter expert through automotive research to stay abreast of automotive product changes and trends to incorporate into competitive training. Act as subject matter expert in product knowledge by staying abreast of the latest Toyota product changes and technology. Develop educational materials (hard copy and soft copy) from multiple and varied sources. Procure appropriate competitive products (i.e. vehicles) for education purposes. Collaborate with related TCI Support Offices (e.g. Connected Technology, Media, Marketing, Product Planning, and Corporate Logistics) as well as Toyota Division to ensure that education identifies and meets strategic and tactical objectives. Develop and provide non-dealer-related product training/support at the request of other TCI Departments.

What You'll Bring:

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or other related field. 3 years' experience in auto industry with focus on automotive products and/or retail or wholesale sales Advanced competitive product knowledge High level of personal and professional interest in and knowledge of automobiles. Excellent presentation and communications skills, oral and written (software skills and presentations) Advance knowledge and ability to use Excel, Word and Power Point Excellent organizational and project management skills Bilingual is an asset.
