This team is accountable for a significant breadth of work, with oversight over a portfolio of multi-disciplinary teams with direct and indirect accountabilities to product, supply chain, stores/retail/GEC, PR/Brand/Communications, legal and sustainability.The Product Integrity Lead, Wholesale role is responsible for ensuring quality management in partnership with Wholesale, Licensed Partners, Key Accounts, and independent business partners. This position will oversee all Product Integrity activities, from product development to guest feedback, driving continuous improvements in production quality and maintaining alignment with business objectives. With a focus on data-driven insights, the Product Integrity Lead, Wholesale will monitor trends and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • In partnership with Wholesale, Licensed Partners, Key Accounts and Independents business partners, collaborate to design and implement programs that ensure quality management across the Product Supply Chain, driving seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes within the Go-To-Market Calendar, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Product Integrity activities from product development through to guest feedback, including coordinating product testing, on-site quality assurance, and inspections.
  • Monitor guest feedback related to Wholesale products, analyzing sentiment and providing insights to cross-functional teams to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Own all datasets related to Wholesale business. Identify trends, discovering insights to drive decision making, recommendations and steer stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the Supplier Quality Team in-region to drive continuous improvements in production quality and align with best practices.
  • Stay informed about Wholesale and Strategic Sales business objectives and annual strategies to ensure alignment and support.
  • Travel onsite to print and embellishment suppliers, supporting bulk quality processes as needed
  • Represent Product Integrity within the Wholesale business, ensuring that the brand's quality standards and principles are consistently upheld.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
  • MBA or other Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field
  • Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral skills in English and other languages a plus,
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills, and experience communicating across various leadership levels as a key liaison
  • Trusted in handling sensitive & confidential information with utmost reliability
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization
  • Extremely detailed and quality oriented
  • Ability to be resourceful and source details required to carry out tasks as assigned
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively to meet critical by-when's

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$101,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
