Product Information Label Specialist II

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Information Label Specialist II for our premier client in Mississauga, Ontario.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

• Certified in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw.

Education and Experience

• Regulatory label compliance experience.
• Experience with barcode printers & related software.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree.
• 2-4 years experience working in an engineering environment.
• Experience using Jira.
• Experience in Oracle AgilePLM applications or other product lifecycle management software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Deadline and mission driven.
• Capable of exercising sound judgment, completing assigned tasks adhering to schedules with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating process documentation and conducting related training sessions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
• General knowledge on document revision control.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Designs layouts for product regulatory labels using design software programs on a Windows OS-based computer.
• Uses Oracle AgilePLM to create label document part numbers and process label requests using change object to release labels.
• Utilizes SharePoint and Jira tools to manage tasks and/or department documentation effectively.
• Leads projects of moderate scope, ensuring planning, control, and delivery align with timelines.
• Develop team process training materials and conducts training for internal and external customers.
• Manages and analyzes large datasets in Excel, utilizing basic formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Records progress throughout the project lifecycle, formulates status reports, and presents updates to the project team and immediate manager.
• Processes regulatory marking guide changes per direction from Regulatory dept and uploads/maintains file in Sharepoint.site.
• Operates within a team environment while independently addressing minor issues and risks until resolved.
