• Develop and drive strategy and roadmap to implement a best-in-class PnL Product on the dealer Risk Platform, coverage includes; xVa, Credit Risk and Capital.
• Work closely with the business stakeholders at all levels to understand and execute business priorities whilst ensuring a high-level of service to end users with performance and system operational stability
• Lead the delivery of projects and enhancements for a wide range of clients and products in a fast paced, dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• Lead a team of product SME\'s well versed with product, use cases to define, document and translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and use cases
• Lead the Quality Engineering team to perform testing according to test plans, monitoring and report on results, and work with others on problem resolution.
• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching and analyzing data and requirements, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations.
• Manage the implementation and support of Front Office quantitative measures across financial products from all trading platforms using advanced financial modeling and reporting tool
• Ability to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives and provide strategic recommendations
• Providing second level support during production issues in the system

Job Requirements

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

• Capital Markets experience, strong understanding of financial markets and credit risk as an asset.
• Experience with Derivatives/CVA/FVA/P&L attribution trading
• Experience working in a trade floor / fast paced environment and multi-tasking
• Experience building a large distributed risk/P&L system for front office traders
• Industry certification (e.g. CFA, CSC, FRM) preferred
• University degree in mathematics, finance, or system development
• Proficiency in SQL, Java programing languages
• Strong skills with MS office products and Visio
• Effective leader with ability to build relationships across functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with good organization skills
• Strong sense of ownership and customer focus
