Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated

Product Development Support

to assist with collaboration and innovation initiatives with

dermatology clinics, medical spas, and compounding pharmacies

. The ideal candidate will have experience in

pharmacy compounding, cosmetic dermatology, and skincare formulation

, and be confident communicating with healthcare professionals and clinic teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in product optimization for dermatology and aesthetic skincare products Collaborate with dermatology clinics, medical spas, and compounding pharmacies to provide technical support and product education Collect and organize practitioner and patient feedback to guide product improvements Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions for

dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and pharmacists

Maintain accurate documentation and assist with product testing and development activities

Qualifications:

Pharmacy Assistant or Technician diploma with compounding experience

(required) Experience in a

dermatology clinic, aesthetic practice, or medical spa

is an advantage

Sales or marketing experience in compounding, skincare, or aesthetic products

is a strong asset Experience in

cosmetic product development and branding

is highly valued Familiarity with

cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology

and skincare formulations Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to

educate and engage clinical professionals

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license

and ability to travel within

British Columbia

Flexibility to support off-site meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions as needed
