The organization, within Business Unit Networks, seeks to work closely with our customers, passionate about the delivery of virtualized RAN solutions.

We try to accelerate product development with new fresh thinking. We challenge established flow with new methodologies and are active in open-source communities.

What you will do:

• Actively engaged in the architecture definition and proactively drive the implementation of NR work on the Virtual DU side
• Define and ensure delivery of incremental functionality via Spring planning (Agile) that leverages the advantages of a DevOps infrastructure
• Take a fresh and innovative look at the development and test tools used from low-level unit test to E-to-E verification
• Deliver scalability, resilience, and performance by taking full advantage of the evolving architectural and services inherent to a Cloud-Native Platform
• Cultivate a systematization and implementation that enable rapid feature parity in a Stand-Alone and Hybrid network environment

You should have the following to apply:

• Experience with driving multi-functional teams, delivering incremental content
• 6-7 years' work in Wireless product development
• 2-3 years of work experience as a Project Manager or OPO
• BSc or MSc level in an SW related field
• Experience with 5G functions, developing through the Cloud Native Development Pipeline principles and tools (CI/CD (DevOps), Jenkins, Spinnaker)
• Having shown an innovative demeanor
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• A collaborative and outstanding teammate attitude
