Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm

What You'll Drive:



As a Product Development Chemist, you will be at the forefront of our product development lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch. You will have the opportunity to:

Innovate and Formulate:



Develop new and exciting Cosmetic and Household products, creating samples for both internal and customer evaluation. Research and explore novel raw materials and technologies to create innovative product solutions that exceed customer expectations. Lead the formulation, testing, and refinement of products to ensure superior performance, stability, and quality.

Project Leadership & Collaboration:



Manage development projects from start to finish, providing key updates to the R&D Manager Collaborate closely with our Operations, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams to ensure a seamless transition from development to production. Serve as a technical expert, evaluating projects for formulation, processing, and quality control requirements.

Technical Excellence & Quality:



Conduct rigorous testing on new and existing products, analyzing physical, chemical, and performance properties. Develop and document product specifications and master formulas in partnership with Operations and Regulatory. Oversee Pilot productions and product stability programs to guarantee the long-term quality and integrity of our products.

What We're Looking For:



A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. 2-3 years of hands-on Consumer Goods Product Development experience, preferably in the Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Household products industry. A strong foundation in formulation chemistry and a passion for creative problem-solving. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Nice to have:

Experience working in a GMP/ISO regulated environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
