A well-established company is seeking a Product Development Administrative Specialist to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.In this role, you will support the Design Product Development Department throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, playing a key role in bringing innovative products to market.What You'll Be Doing:- Support the Product Development team through all product lifecycle stages.
- Prepare PowerPoint and Excel presentations for new market launches.
- Update product specs, including dimensions, materials, and pricing.
- Track and manage product samples from vendors.
- Review and document sample revisions, ensuring accuracy in technical drawings.
- Coordinate with import, quality control, marketing, and purchasing teams.Who We're Looking For:- Experience with product development or lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Effective communication skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
