Support multiple product teams while working toward deeper product ownership. Help shape design-to-development workflows and handoff processes. Contribute to design strategy discussions and establish team best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field with a portfolio demonstrating both visual excellence and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Figma or comparable tool including experience with component systems and prototyping. Experience participating in (or interest in learning) user research and testing. Ability to balance craft excellence with shipping velocity. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members. Experience working directly with developers and working to balance design goals with technical constraints Experience with complex B2B or technical software applications is a plus. * Interest in helping to establish design as a discipline and department within a growing company
