Quorum is currently looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you'll help shape our UI/UX strategy and contribute to designs that support both our product and marketing teams. You'll play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with development teams to bring your vision to life.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, effective design solutions Build, maintain, and evolve our Design System in alignment with brand guidelines, best practices, and design methodology Create polished, scalable, development-ready UI/UX using tools like Figma, AI, and others Ensure consistency in design patterns, interaction models, and visual language across products Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and the Product Design Manager to deliver user-centric solutions grounded in research Create and present prototypes, storyboards, and conceptual designs to stakeholders for validation and alignment Participate in usability testing and user interviews; apply insights to iterate and refine designs Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity throughout the design process Contribute to and improve workflows, information architecture, documentation, and reusable templates Support discovery by analyzing customer feedback and usage data to inform design direction Produce design assets for both product and marketing, ensuring consistency and high quality Make design decisions that empower our customers and support our brand and mission

Here is the kind of candidate we are looking for:



2-5 years of experience in Product (UI/UX), Web, or Digital Design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects Degree or diploma in a UI/UX/design related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience Deep understanding of visual design principles: typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and layout Understanding of behavioral design and user psychology Proven experience with Design Systems and maintaining component libraries Strong grasp of Information Architecture and organizing content in intuitive, user-friendly structures Strong UX/UI design skills with proficiency in Figma Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for graphic design work Experience creating and maintaining templates and design documentation Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and user research methodologies Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale through storytelling and presentation Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple screen sizes and platforms (Web, iOS, Android) Experience working in agile, collaborative development environments

Preferred Qualifications



Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) and familiarity with frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap Strong background in visual or graphic design, both raster and vector Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or basic video/animation tools Experience with website and email template development and maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
