The Role
We're hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of our customer solutions and our platform capabilities.
As a Product Designer, you are primarily responsible for solving hard problems by creating best-in-class, usable and delightful design work. You work collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering to create the best solutions to problems, and balance delivering high quality experiences to our customers quickly and iteratively. You work with other designers to provide feedback on their work, and ensure the team is creating a cohesive and consistent design system.
What you will do
Solve complex design problems through simple, beautiful design
Advocate for great user experience across all teams
Share and iterate on designs based on customer interviews, peer feedback and UX research insights
Be involved in all aspects of product development, working closely with product managers, designers, and developers on feature sets spanning across our product shelf
Create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects
Contribute to our design system while leveraging existing standards for product consistency
What you bring
4+ years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy.
Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments.
Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred, but not required).
