Intro to The Team

We\'re looking for aProduct Designer to join AutoSync, where our vision is to create an omni-channel platform for dealers and consumers to manage transactions end-to-end, in one place.

You will be directly involved in and responsible for crafting experiences that bring together the many aspects of the car transaction journey, as well as designing for and managing our design system.

You\'ll collaborate with other designers and managers on a broad range of design challenges, as we strive to create user-friendly experiences for our audience of dealers and car shoppers.

What You\'ll Do

\xc2\xb7 Design user-centered experiences across our omni-channel customer touchpoints, with the purpose of increasing consumer conversion

\xc2\xb7 Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for AutoSync\'s design system and componentlibrary

\xc2\xb7 Work side-by-side with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders from around the company to take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to launch

\xc2\xb7 Participate in feedback and ideation sessions where you\'ll seek out specific feedback on your designs, design frameworks, our products, and the company in general

What We\'re Looking For

\xc2\xb7 3+ years of end-to-end design experience, from research and problem discovery through to detailed interaction, visual design, and delivery

\xc2\xb7 Experience contributing to a design system or even leading the creation of one

\xc2\xb7 A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design sense, with a focus on delivering consumer and business outcomes

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate large, complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Self-starter attitude, comfortable maintaining multiple tasks and shifting business needs
