As the Product Data Specialist based in either Mississauga, or Montreal, you are in direct contact with internal and external stakeholders to enrich product content for our E-Commerce webstore. Reporting to the Product Data Manager, you are responsible for coordinating & troubleshooting activities, taking ownership of problems and delivering solutions. This will be a hybrid role, with alternating days at the office and work from home.

What You Will Do With Us

• You will update and maintain enhanced data within the Product Information Management System (Informatica P360 - PIM.)
• You will work with Category/Vendor Managers to ensure data quality and availability.
• You will maintain and modify the Product Categorization/Nomenclature (ETIM, UNSPSC, RPN) to meet the needs of the business.
• You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
• You will support PIM end-user tickets utilizing the ticket management system (JIRA.) to resolve catalog/data issues, including missing or outdated information, erroneous images, among others.
• Regular monitoring of product content with the help of dashboards and analytics
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product data to improve Organic & paid search results
• Special projects as needed.

Who Are You

• You have electrical product knowledge (an asset, not required)
• You have a Community College education.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
• You have the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff with a customer service focus.
• You thrive in a dynamic/change driven environment.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You have the ability to learn and use software applications, such as Jira, Confluence, Informatica P360 and AS400, as well as learning new technologies.
• You are curious about emerging technologies & innovation.
• You have an excellent work ethic and superior organizational skills.
• You have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
