We currently have one store in NE Calgary and we're gearing up to open our second location - right in the heart of the newly redeveloped Northland Mall Village, which has been transformed into an open-air shopping destination.

Provide exemplary customer service to every person who walks into our store Greet customers when they enter the store and take customers to product when required Generate sales by educating, advising, and suggesting products to every customer Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations. Operate POS with accuracy, balancing cash float, and making deposits. Merchandising

Support online order fulfillment Shipping/local delivery/in-store pick ups
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

WSET Level 2 or higher certification and other wine-related training preferred Proserve certificate required
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evening and weekends Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand for an extended period
OTHER SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

Highly self-motivated Customer service driven Strong sales background A creative mindset with an eye for detail in product presentation. Proven track record of success Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ready and excited to help grow our business Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer and or liquor industry is an asset but not required

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
