What will you be responsible for?
Plan, facilitate and report on industry engagement meetings
Providing program expertise and overseeing the maintenance and successful delivery of the AgriStability product in collaboration with various AFSC departments
Timely and effective delivery of program material to clients, in compliance with existing policies, procedures and deadlines
Provide guidance and coaching to staff on product and procedure knowledge
Collaborate closely with other staff within the Product Innovation Team and across corporate teams as required
Develop and review administrative procedures to increase delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Communicate with program stakeholders to ensure the product remain relevant to clients
Interpret program policies, procedures, and guidelines for staff and management
Communicate and collaborate with other units including, but not limited to, Marketing and Communications, Finance, Digital Services, Fulfillment Services, Business Intelligence as needed
Make and communicate sound decisions on daily program issues
Work collaboratively and independently to promote a cooperative work environment across program and service delivery teams
Coordinate and develop procedure manuals, marketing documents and training materials
Facilitate the training and coaching of staff in collaboration with the Team Leaders
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications and Client Services to develop marketing plans and client engagement plans for AgriStability
Participate in system development and project work on AgriStability related initiatives
Assist in the development of new initiatives and anticipate upcoming issues and provide recommended solutions
Act as the AgriStability product\'s key resource and present the program to staff, clients, and industry groups, as required
Analysis and resolution of escalated client and staff inquiries and completion of Action Requests, Telephone Action Requests, Briefing Notes, as requested and within the required timeframes
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff, particularly Team Leaders, to anticipate the issues and needs of clients and staff
Document and monitor product lifecycles ensuring products to schedule and complete periodic reviews
Support and facilitate the development, monitoring, and analysis of stakeholder surveys for trends on products and their delivery
Providing support to the preparedness team as subject matter expert as required
Ensure products maintain compliance with the applicable judicial and Federal Provincial Territorial (FPT) agreements
Provide input into forecasting and analysis/reporting of forecasting results
Write policies, procedures, and reports relating to the role and product.
Support responses to ministerial requests on AFSC products.
Support the resolution of client escalated issues on AFSC products
What are we looking for from you?
Strong level of AgriStability Program expertise and desire to improve the profile of the program internally and externally
General knowledge of programs and services delivered by AFSC, including Insurance Programs, WLPIP Programs, and Lending Programs
General knowledge of agriculture, and business and program rules as they apply to programs delivered by AFSC
General understanding of farming practices and current farm related activities as they pertain to commodities, pricing, and other agricultural issues related to AFSC programs and services
Understanding of current events and issues as they relate to agriculture and AFSC clients
Ability to work in a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide leadership, mentor staff and achieve corporate goals
Ability to identify and solve issues within the framework of the corporation
Knowledge and understanding of the legislation under which products are developed and delivered, for example the AFS Act/Regulation , the Farm Income Protection Act and the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership Agreement
Ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships with team members and other employees
Proven change management skills
Proficient in the use of computers and applications relevant to the position
Provide support and maintenance on relevant SharePoint sites for product documents
Ability to communicate complex concepts with ease and clarity
Ability to negotiate, facilitate and collaborate to achieve desired results
Ability to contribute effectively in a team based environment
Ability to collect, analyze and disseminate information, the role requires the ability to define data required, to analyze data at an intermediate level and present results to a varied audience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
University Degree, College or Technical School diploma in related field
6 years of total combined education and experience
