Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs) accessories, and related products
Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience
