If so, VSP is looking for a Product Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our product operations run smoothly and efficiently.


As a Product Associate, you'll be at the heart of our product lifecycle--from order fulfillment and inventory management to client support and retail floor presentation. You'll work cross-functionally with Retail, Consignment, and Operations, ensuring our product flow is seamless and our clients experience the highest level of service.


What You'll Do

Fulfillment & Client Orders

Pull, process, and organize shipments, pickups, and retrievals. Support with client communications through the Orders channels Support with returns, exchanges, and packaging logistics.

Product Flow & Inventory

Oversee product transfers for sales, special events, and retail replenishment. Maintain organized backstock, product displays, and studio-to-retail flow. Support product markdowns, audits, and innovative storage solutions.

Client Experience & Collaboration

Partner with Retail, Consignment, and Operations to deliver solutions that uphold VSP's Elevated Client Experience. Identify and resolve client experience opportunities with professionalism and care.

Operational Excellence

Manage fulfillment supplies and support interdepartmental product movement. Maintain compliance with store policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations. Leverage platforms such as ASTRIX, Shopify, Clover, Google Suite, and Canada Post to execute daily responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. Comfort working directly with clients while balancing back-of-house efficiency. Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs, move between multiple floors, and remain active on your feet. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
