Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

This position requires a high-performing sales professional with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. A willingness and commitment to grow and develop is essential.

Qualifications

An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to succeed Self-motivation and a passion for customer service Sensitivity toward customers and a strong interest in exceeding their expectations Respect, honesty and integrity Prior sales experience in (but not limited to): serving and hospitality, electronics sales, furniture sales, real estate, insurance or pharmaceutical sales is considered an asset but not necessary. 1-3 years in a sales oriented role is an asset but not required. A valid class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation to work is required.

o Sales isn't your typical Monday to Friday job--being customer-centric is your top priority. This is a full-time role with a rotating schedule that includes Monday/Tuesday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, or 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm, one weekday off (Wednesday or Thursday), and every Friday/Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
