Western Mazda is looking for a Product Advisor to join our dynamic sales team!

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with fresh ideas who is personable, friendly, and motivated. You must be able to learn quickly, follow process and generate results.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service by effectively listening to customers. Match the needs of a customer to an appropriate product. Assist customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Educate the customer about vehicle features and technologies. Maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers. Be available to answer questions from customers once they've purchased a vehicle. Complete training and demonstrate industry leading product knowledge. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain and follow up with prospects by using our CRM tools. All other duties as assigned by Management.

What's Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Previous sales success would be considered an asset. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and people skills.

How You Will Stand Out:

Professional experience that demonstrates you can effectively work as part of a team. Experience using CRM software. Previous experience in the automotive industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
