Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for marketing products effectively to potential customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in retail sales efforts by demonstrating product features and benefits, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Employ basic math skills to assist customers with calculations related to purchases or financing options. Support sales management by tracking customer interactions and providing feedback on market trends. Foster relationships with bilingual customers by offering assistance in Spanish when necessary, enhancing their overall experience.
