We are a Winnipeg-based family-owned organization that believes in building relationships, integrity, and teamwork. We have a great opportunity for a Product Advisor to join our Crown Honda team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities.
We offer a guaranteed salary over the initial 90 day training period as well as a competitive benefits package. We offer graduated sales and product training and mentorship to assist our employees in achieving their career goals.
After the initial 90 days of sales and brand training, success will mean having the ability and skills to sell a minimum of 10 cars per month and achieving exemplary social media and survey ratings from customers Product Advisors will then enter a commission-based pay plan with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:

• Reach out to your own and our customer database to sell vehicles while helping in-store clients
• Develop relationships with clients- maintain client satisfaction and create client loyalty
• Remain current in automotive industry technologies including new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to the customer
• Showcase features and benefits of vehicles and provide test drives
• Coordinate to ensure the vehicle is ready for customer pickup and demonstrate key features and technology to clients during vehicle pickup
• Provide a bridge between sales and service departments for all new clients

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• A passion for customer service and meeting different people on a daily basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Highly motivated
• Effective time management skills

• Other languages spoken considered an asset
