As a key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor will work with the sales department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.


Stampede Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Product Advisor at our location in Calgary.

Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor delivers exceptional customer experiences, guides clients through the buying process, and drives results in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Guide customers through our diverse inventory to find the perfect vehicle that matches their lifestyle. Conduct informative test drives and showcase vehicle features to highlight the benefits of each model. Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance.

Qualifications:

Proven success in automotive sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. AMVIC license
