The Producer, Videographer is part of Walmart Canada's Corporate Affairs team and plays a crucial role in creating best-in-class video content for customers and associates. As a storyteller your video content will help drive alignment, engagement and improve execution.
What you'll do...

Responsibilities:
Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer/associate stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, event coverage and other enterprise-wide projects
Script, storyboard, coordinate, film, edit, set deadlines and publish videos
Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
Plan video shoots/schedules: scout, select and coordinate shoot locations and talent.
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
Capturing stock assets and manage video library Evaluate analytics and reporting on performance
Requirements:
Solid work samples/links to video content
Excellent storyboarding, presentation and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects; adaptable to changing priorities
Efficient workflow and ability at times to solo shoot and edit start-finish
Familiarity with professional cameras and related equipment, various formats, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography.
Skills in audio including small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing.
Skills in post-production - digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
Ability to understand French an asset
