Through MLSE Foundation, we have invested more than $45 million into Ontario communities since 2009 and with MLSE LaunchPad, we provide a place where youth facing barriers use sport to recognize and reach their potential.

We achieve all of this through our Common Purpose - to unite and empower our employees to create extraordinary moments for our fans and each other. Come be a part of the team.

With a love of storytelling and sports, you will produce and coordinate digital commercial content for our teams and their partners. Working with the Associate Creative Director of MLSE\'s Creative Commercial Group, our Lead Producer, and a team of Strategists and Creatives, you will work to help develop content programs from set briefs, managing the pre-pro, production, and post-production processes. Further, as a member of our growing team, you will also help assist with other producer\'s programs. Throughout, you will help manage shoot logistics and vendors, oversee deliverables, and help ensure our productions stay best in class.

  • Build original ideas. You will continuously generate new ideas and concepts, propelling our reach and engagement with a wide variety of audiences.
  • Helm Productions. You will lead small to medium-scale productions for our partners, working with athletes, fans, and our venues to deliver content that brings fans closer to the teams they love.
  • Become a master of coordination. You will help Production coordinate medium to large-scale productions - including photo shoots, commercial shoots, full content series, and Influencer programs, working with vendors, locations, talent, etc. to get programs off the ground.
  • Manage Deliverables. You will Post-Production Supervise medium to large productions, ensuring media plans are delivered upon and various fan targets receive the content they love where they are.
  • Foster relationships. You will work with colleagues at the Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field, and across the full array of our business (Brand, Partnerships, Game Operations, Team Operations, and PR) to ensure that MLSE\'s initiatives are represented in our programs.
Qualifications

Note: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience. We invite you to please share this with us in the "Message to the Hiring Manager" section of our online application
  • A degree in Film or Media Arts from an accredited institution is an asset, but we\'re open to how you acquired your hands-on skills.
  • Have expertise in planning, developing, and producing high-quality commercial content for brands, especially in an agency or production company context.
  • Positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, creativity, and attention to detail. You love leading a team on set, but you\'re also comfortable supporting a teammate to get big projects across the finish line.
  • Understand that work is the best when it takes on and accounts for as many diverse views as possible. You can build relationships and work well with a wide array of personalities, including your crew, talent, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • The flexibility. You know that the world of sports moves fast, that things change on a dime, that client feedback never comes in precisely when you\'d like it to, and that, sometimes, you need to go above and beyond to get something done properly.
