On the FIFA Team we work on numerous title updates to bring thousands of new changes to our users regularly. In this role you would work closely with Producers, Development Directors and Technical Leads to lead the development of bug fixes, game changes, and new features into the game across all different modes of FIFA.

Responsibilities:

At EA, Producers are the creative visionaries for the product. They are the individuals who build and motivate teams to accomplish their goals of shipping AAA quality titles on time and on budget.

As a Producer Co-Op on EA Sports FC, you will use your understanding and passion for the beautiful game to add to the creative execution and the business success of the product. You will influence the direction of the product by researching and communicating player needs through the lens of game market trends, player behavior data, and qualitative player data. You will drive execution of features at quality through strong collaboration and partnership with operations and engineering. You will balance creative and business needs by building and leveraging effective relationships with other parts of the EA organization such as Brand, Live, Commercial, Finance, and Legal.

You need to drive team culture by initiating, fostering, and maintaining positive working relationships with cross-functional partners (Game Design, Development Direction, Engineering, Quality Verification) who will be working in a highly integrated process to materialize the vision of the product. You must be a great team player and help form a stimulating and fun work environment.

Qualifications:

• You are currently completing a Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent.
• You have experimented with game creation tools of virtually any kind. Examples include creation of game content on social media, creation of mods, levels, etc. within a game, and creation of gaming related applications using Unity, Roblox, etc.
• You have the ability to work closely with a large team through all phases of the product development process.
