Produce Manager

The Job:

Leading and supporting the produce team to be the best that they can be Creating eye-catching displays and ensuring the presentation of the produce department is always up to the highest standards Responsible for placing orders with our warehouse and distributors, stocking shelves, and rotating and facing products Supervising and training the produce team; ensuring all duties and responsibilities are carried out

About you:

You have experience in grocery management, and expert produce knowledge You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service You genuinely care about making an impact and motivating your team to do the same You consistently look for new opportunities and ways to improve You thrive in high volume and fast-paced environments

Schedule Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if required

Pay for this job:

Starting Range:

$25.75-$30.00

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range:

Up to $35.00

There's room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
