We are currently hiring for experienced Part-Time Produce Clerk.

Responsibilities and Duties

Respond immediately to customer inquires and requests Actively approach customers in a friendly manner to promote natural products Merchandising and product displays including wet case Ensure the department is well stocked and clean Move stock from trucks to produce area and ensure the area is clean/organized Prepare product to be stocked on the shelves or in the coolers Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves Maintain optimum display of products Restock shelves with product from inventory Prompt store management to reorder stock when inventory is low Assists with special promotions by monitoring customers reaction, putting up and taking down

Qualifications and Skills

Experience working with produce and produce trimming Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Able to provide feedback and receive constructive feedback Excellent communication skills and positive attitude Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential
