Reporting to:

Produce Manager

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and locating items. Manage inventory levels, order stock, and receive deliveries with attention to detail. Stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables to maintain optimal quality. Ensure all produce is fresh, safe, and meets high-quality standards. Remove spoiled produce promptly and maintain a visually appealing display. Set up, maintain, and deconstruct product displays creatively. Uphold a clean and organized shopping environment at all times. Adhere to health regulations and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of produce quality, hygiene, safety, and food preparation. Good communication and organizational skills. Available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., able to work all shifts. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Basic math skills. Ability to lift, carry heavy items, climb ladders, squat, and stand for extended periods. Experience in safe food handling; Food Safe course is an asset. Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
