Overview

The Produce Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the freshness and quality of produce within our store. This position involves engaging with customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

Assist customers with inquiries regarding produce selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Maintain the freshness and quality of all produce items through regular inspection and rotation. Organize and merchandise produce displays to enhance visibility and appeal. Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work area, including the produce section and storage areas. Handle cashier responsibilities, processing transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment used in the produce department. Food Safe Certified or willing to be certified.
